Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using NeoClear: Device Smart Cleaner ("NeoClear", "the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. The app is provided by Vira Rekovets, Molokova Street, 16, Uman, Cherkasy Oblast, 20300.

2. What NeoClear does

NeoClear helps you manage storage on your iPhone by scanning your photo and video library, identifying similar and duplicate items, screenshots, portraits and large videos, compressing videos, and letting you hide selected photos behind a PIN in Secret Space.

3. Your responsibility for content

• You are solely responsible for the photos, videos and other content on your device and for any action you take through NeoClear, including deleting or compressing files.
• Deletions and compressions performed through the app's Smart Clean and Video Compressor features are actions you confirm; we recommend reviewing selections before confirming, since removed originals may not be recoverable once deleted from your device and emptied from Recently Deleted.
• You are responsible for keeping your Secret Space PIN safe. We cannot recover Secret Space content if you forget your PIN, as we do not store it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use NeoClear for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the app beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
• Use the app to store, process or hide content that infringes the rights of others or is illegal to possess.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app.

5. Intellectual property

NeoClear, its logo, design and underlying software are the property of Vira Rekovets and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond using the app as intended.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

If NeoClear offers premium features or subscriptions, purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and governed by Apple's own terms and billing policies. Pricing, renewal and cancellation are managed through your Apple ID account settings.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

NeoClear is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that scanning or compression results will be error-free or meet your expectations in every case.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vira Rekovets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data or loss of photos or videos, arising from your use of or inability to use NeoClear.

9. Changes to the app and these terms

We may update NeoClear's features and these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

10. Termination

You may stop using NeoClear at any time by deleting the app from your device. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the app where necessary for operational, legal or safety reasons.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
